The mechanism by which the Federal Reserve manipulates the stock market.
It is no secret that the Federal Reserve, and its now semi-daily interventions in market liquidity via POMO, is rather hell bent on creating the illusion that the economy is alive and well courtesy of a ramping stock market.

6.
Early usage of the term pomo dates from 1991 when Pomo Afro Homo, an African American gay theatrical collective, premiered "Fierce Love" at Josie's in San Francisco's Castro district. "Pomo" is short for post-modern, plus "Afro" plus "Homo" was about as avant guard as you could get in those dark days. "Fierce Love" was a seminal play during the height of the AIDS epidemic and it dramatised a number of issues about masculinity and sexuality that were very difficult in the community at the time. Important derivation.
I came out in the Pomo Afro Homo days in the Castro.
